What is this Event About?
Join Andrew & Mimmi for an evening of breathwork, healing and meditation. This is our last event for 2023, so come along and complete the year with a powerful breath and healing journey.
Event schedule:
- Opening with cleansing Smudge Ceremony;
- Followed by Conscious Breathing (breathwork) with Mimmi & Andrew;
- Finishing guided healing meditation with Andrew.
- Closing with herbal tea and sharing (optional).
This event will be perfect if you wish to:
- Experience a deeply relaxing and healing evening;
- Release any tension in your mind and body;
- Be nurtured in a space of healing, acceptance and spiritual awakening.
