Breathwork & Healing Meditation

What is this Event About?

Join Andrew & Mimmi for an evening of breathwork, healing and meditation. This month of November we have just passed the New Moon (13th) and 11:11 Gateway (11th Nov) so it's an auspicous time to drop into some deep breathwork and meditation to balance, realign and embrace a state of peace.

Event schedule:

• Opening with cleansing Smudge Ceremony;
• Followed by Conscious Breathing (breathwork) with Mimmi & Andrew;
• Finishing guided healing meditation with Andrew.
• Closing with herbal tea and sharing (optional).

This event will be perfect if you wish to:

• Experience a deeply relaxing and healing evening;
• Release any tension in your mind and body;
• Be nurtured in a space of healing, acceptance and spiritual awakening.
