What is this Event About?
Join us for an evening of breath, healing and meditation.
This will be Jen's last event so don't miss out! (NB: Andrew will be continuing future monthly events)
Event schedule:
- Opening with cleansing Smudge Ceremony;
- Followed by Conscious Breathing (breathwork) with Jen;
- Finishing guided healing meditation with Andrew.
- Closing with herbal tea and sharing (optional).
This event will be perfect if you wish to:
- Experience a deeply relaxing and healing evening;
- Release any tension in your mind and body;
- Be nurtured in a space of healing, acceptance and spiritual awakening.
