What is this Event About?

Join us for an evening of breath, healing and meditation as we work with the theme of the Winter Solstice.

The winter solstice is that time of year when daylight in the southern hemisphere is at its shortest. It invites a time of deep stillness, being internal, slowing down and connecting deep within oneself. It provides an opportunity of deep reset and healing from that place of stillness and receptivity.

• Followed by Conscious Breathing (breathwork) with Jen;
