Breathwork & Healing Meditation

What is this Event About?

Join us for an evening of breath, healing and meditation as we work with the theme of peace & joy.'

Event schedule:

• Opening with cleansing Smudge Ceremony;
• Followed by Conscious Soma Breathing (breathwork) with Jen;
• Finishing guided healing meditation with Andrew.
• Closing with herbal tea and sharing (optional).

This event will be perfect if you wish to:

• Experience a deeply relaxing and healing evening;
• Would like to tap into the emotions of peace & joy and feel heart-expansion;
• Release any tension in your mind and body;
• Though the art of breath you start to feel a sense of calm and feel like you can tackle issues that were once hard or difficult for you.

Click on the booking link and you'll be taken to Paypal/Stripe to complete your booking. Don't have a Paypal account? No problem. Once you're on the Paypal page, just click the 'Pay with a Card' button and you'll be able to pay with a debit/credit card without setting up a Paypal account.
