What is this Event About?
Join Andrew & Mimmi for an evening of breathwork, healing and meditation. When you participate in these events, you are reconnecting to your breath, resetting your body, mind & emotions and allowing a space to return to balance within.
Event schedule:
Opening with cleansing Smudge Ceremony;
Followed by Conscious Breathing (breathwork) with Mimmi & Andrew;
Finishing guided healing meditation with Andrew.
