Breathwork & Healing Meditation

What is this Event About?

Join Andrew & Mimmi for an evening of breathwork, healing and meditation. This is our first event for 2024, so come along and embrace the new year with a powerful breath and healing journey.

Event schedule:

• Opening with cleansing Smudge Ceremony;
• Followed by Conscious Breathing (breathwork) with Mimmi & Andrew;
• Finishing guided healing meditation with Andrew.
• Closing with herbal tea and sharing (optional).

This event will be perfect if you wish to:

• Experience a deeply relaxing and healing evening;
• Release any tension in your mind and body;
• Be nurtured in a space of healing, acceptance and spiritual awakening.
